2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

Your notification must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work — A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) on EggerMath where the allegedly infringing material is located
• Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized
• Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate
• Signature — Your physical or electronic signature

3. Response Timeline

• Acknowledge receipt — Within 1 business day
• Review and assess — Within 3-5 business days
• Take action — Disable access or suspend offending user

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notification to [email protected] with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."
