2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
Your notification must include:

- Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) on EggerMath where the allegedly infringing material is located
- Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized
- Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate
- Signature — Your physical or electronic signature
3. Response Timeline
- Acknowledge receipt — Within 1 business day
- Review and assess — Within 3-5 business days
- Take action — Disable access or suspend offending user
4. Counter-Notification
